Age and Eligibility Requirements
To participate in any betting or casino activity on gb99, a member must be at least 21 years of age. Any person under 21 is strictly prohibited from creating an account or using any service.
Information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful. If any information regarding age or identity is found to be false, the account may be cancelled and deposited funds forfeited. gb99 may request documents for identity verification at any time.
- A person may create only one account.
- Accounts may not be created in another person's name or identity.
- Account transfer or sale is strictly prohibited.
- Members accessing the service from outside Bangladesh are solely responsible for complying with applicable local laws.
Account Registration and Security
To create an account on gb99, you must provide an active mobile number and accurate personal information. Identity is confirmed through OTP verification at the time of registration.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify our support team immediately. gb99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing your login details with others.
If you forget your password, it can be recovered via your registered mobile number. You may log in from multiple devices, but being in multiple sessions at the same time is not recommended for security reasons.
Financial Transactions and Payments
Deposit and Withdrawal Terms
bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer can be used to make deposits on gb99. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, gb99 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal if identity verification has not been completed. The payment method used for withdrawal does not have to match the deposit method, but funds will be sent via one verified method.
- Funds held in an account may not be transferred to any third party.
- If a fraudulent or suspicious transaction is identified, the account may be temporarily suspended until the investigation is complete.
- Where currency conversion is required, the prevailing exchange rate will apply.
- Transactions via cryptocurrency or any other digital asset are not supported.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
The gb99 welcome bonus is up to 120% of the first deposit, with a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning that to withdraw winnings from the bonus, bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount must be placed.
For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,200, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.
Each promotional offer has its own terms and conditions that apply separately. Detailed rules for each bonus can be found on the relevant offer page. Misuse of bonuses or attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts may result in account closure.
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn on their own — they become withdrawable only once the wagering requirement has been met.
- Multiple bonuses may not be combined on the same bet unless the offer terms explicitly permit it.
- gb99 reserves the right to change or discontinue any offer at any time.
VIP Program and Cashback
The gb99 VIP programme has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.2% at Diamond.
Weekly cashback applies to the total net loss for that week. For example, as a Gold member, a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week would earn ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback.
Reaching a higher VIP level depends on regular and active participation. Level changes are at gb99's discretion and are generally reviewed each month. VIP benefits are linked personally to the member's account and are not transferable to others.
Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities
Member Code of Conduct
All gb99 members must use the platform honestly and fairly. Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour towards other members, staff or the support team will not be tolerated. gb99 reserves the right to close an account for such behaviour without prior warning.
- Using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games is strictly prohibited.
- Deliberately exploiting any system error or bug is prohibited; any such issue must be reported to gb99 immediately upon discovery.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.
- If multiple accounts are operated by the same person, all accounts will be cancelled and balances may be confiscated.
- Betting against yourself in tournaments or competitions is prohibited.
Betting and Gaming Rules
Each game or betting market has its own rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, in specific circumstances — such as a match being cancelled or due to a technical error — gb99 reserves the right to void the bet and return the funds.
Results for betting on cricket, football or any other sport are determined based on information from official sources. In the event of any dispute over a result, gb99's decision will be considered final.
If an internet connection is lost or a technical issue occurs during a live casino game, gb99 will make every effort to restore the game. If restoration is not possible, the matter will be resolved through customer support.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
gb99 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior warning in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Evidence of involvement in fraud, deception or illegal activity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Failure to cooperate with security verification.
After an account is closed, any legitimate balance (subject to bonus conditions being met) will be returned, though it may be held pending while an investigation is ongoing.
